Cost 3m x 2m space = £300
(additional space can be purchased at a cost of £35 per m2 please discuss with organisers)

Each exhibition space will be supplied with a table and 2 chairs.
Please advise when booking a space if you require an electrical socket.
Spaces will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

On receipt of the completed booking form CEM will confirm in writing and forward an invoice for £300 plus VAT. Please note payment must be received prior to the event taking place.

CEM will require the names of personnel manning the stand in advance, together with notification of any dietary requirements.
